Each month, you’ll receive one whole, pasture-raised heritage chicken — slow-grown for flavour, dry-plucked, and rested for texture. Over the course of a year, you’ll enjoy the full experience of eating seasonally raised birds, with real depth of flavour and nutritional integrity.

Flexible by Design

Need to skip a month? No problem. You can sell your bird back to the farm shop, recouping part of your investment and making your chicken available to another member. That way, nothing is wasted, and your share continues to provide value — even when plans change.
