Our raw cheese is crafted with high-quality ingredients and a traditional, time-honoured process. The raw milk used in our cheese is packed with more vitamins, minerals, and enzymes than pasteurised milk, providing a more nutrient-dense product. We have three flavours to choose from:

1. Olde Sussex has an open and bouncy texture. This cheese is wonderfully deep, rich and creamy, with a superb tang.

How to enjoy: a true ploughmans cheese

2. Our Goodweald Smoked is a hard farmhouse cheese that has been naturally smoked over oak chippings by the award winning Weald smokery. Creating a rich, full bodied and pleasant toasted aroma.

How to enjoy: Delicious with raisin bread. Makes a superb smoky macaroni cheese, served with a watercress salad

3. Scrumpy Sussex is a hard un-rinded buttery rich cheddar type cheese. We combine garlic, cider and herbs with the curd, enabling them to infuse their distinctive zingy flavours.
