Each month, you’ll receive a curated selection of dry-aged beef cuts, thoughtfully butchered to give you a full nose-to-tail experience over the year. Across 12 months, you’ll receive the equivalent of your full beef share, expertly butchered and broken down into manageable monthly portions for freshness, flexibility, and freezer space.

Here’s what you can typically expect each month:

Small Share (1.1kg per month): Perfect for individuals or couples. Each box includes 3–4 different meals, with portion sizes to feed 2 people.

Large Share (1.7kg per month): Ideal for families or those who want more nourishing beef on the table. Includes the same 3–4 meals, but with more generous portions for a family.

Expect a rotating mix of cuts from juicy steaks and slow-cooked brisket to flavoursome mince, short ribs, burgers, and more. Each cut is dry-aged for depth of flavour and tenderness.

Every box includes seasonal recipe cards to guide you through simple, delicious ways to cook and enjoy that month’s selection.

Flexible by Design

If you need to skip a delivery, you can sell your share back to the farm shop for that month, recouping part of your investment and making your portion available to another member of the community. Your food doesn’t go to waste, your investment stays active, and your beef share continues to nourish others—even when life gets busy.
