This raw butter is crafted using time-honoured methods that preserve its exceptional flavour and natural goodness. The cream is carefully skimmed and cultured for 48 hours. Using traditional wooden churns, the cream is then slowly churned into butter.
The butter is available in two varieties: unsalted or croquant, featuring the delicate crunch of Noirmoutier sea salt crystals.
Sourced from grass-fed cows that graze on lush, nutrient-rich pastures, this butter retains the wholesome qualities of pure, raw cream—including its natural enzymes and nutrients. Handcrafted with care, it’s butter the way it was meant to be—rich, creamy, and bursting with flavour.
