Made by Fermento Bakery. The freshly stone-milled organic or biodynamic flour is mixed with a traditional sourdough starter and left to ferment for up to 24 hours. This long, slow fermentation process neutralises phytic acid, making the bread easier to digest while nutrients more bioavailable for your body.

Baked to perfection in a wood-fired oven, this is sourdough done right—non-fortified and free from unnecessary additives, a rarity in modern bread-making.
