Rainbow chard is a vibrant leafy green with brightly coloured stems, rich in betacarotene, vitamins C, and antioxidants.

Cooking suggestion: We recommend quickly blanching them in boiling water first to remove the oxalates, then add to dishes or sauté with garlic and olive oil for a tender, flavourful side.
