A rich, dark and deeply aromatic preserve crafted from handpicked strawberries grown on our Sussex land. We used premium unrefined organic Panela sugar and tart Granny Smith apples to create a toffee-like sweetness and a soft, natural set. Slow-cooked in small batches to capture the essence of the harvest, this jam is as honest as the soil it came from.
