We send it frozen to maintain peak freshness. If your order arrives still frozen, you can store it in your freezer. If it arrives partially or fully thawed, it’s still safe to eat, just be sure to consume it within 3 days, and do not refreeze. The use by date refers to its refrigerated state after production.
