Rack of Lamb

We grow our lamb slowly, only ever feeding a diet of grass for the entirety of their lives.

Left whole and untrimmed. The layer of fat covering the meat helps to retain moisture and enhance flavour during cooking. This cut is highly prized for its tenderness and rich taste, making it ideal for roasting whole, cutting into chops.

Each lamb rack weighs approximately 615g
