Our pork shoulder (the "neck end") is where the most incredible flavour lives. Because our heritage pigs roam our pastures and grow at their own pace, this cut is beautifully marbled with internal fat. As it cooks, this fat slowly melts, basting the meat from the inside out to keep it incredibly succulent.
Hand-boned and expertly rolled, this joint is remarkably forgiving and versatile. Whether you roast it for a traditional Sunday lunch with deep-flavoured gravy or slow-braise it for the ultimate pulled pork that pulls apart with a fork.

We send our meat frozen to maintain peak freshness. If your order arrives still frozen, you can store it in your freezer. If it arrives partially or fully thawed, it’s still safe to eat, just be sure to cook and consume it within 2 days, and do not refreeze.
