Heritage Beef Sausages
We send our meat frozen to maintain peak freshness. If your order arrives still frozen, you can store it in your freezer. If it arrives partially or fully thawed, it’s still safe to eat, just be sure to cook and consume it within 2 days, and do not refreeze.
Our beef sausages are made using beef from Pedigree Dexter cattle, an ancient heritage breed celebrated for its exceptional depth of flavour. Our Dexter cattle are entirely grass-fed and live a slow, natural life on chemical-free pastures.
We never use vaccinations, antibiotics, or pharmaceuticals - our cattle are naturally resilient and when needed, we support their well-being with traditional herbal remedies, resulting in the purest beef imaginable.
