Pasture Raised Heritage Pork Sausages

We send our meat frozen to maintain peak freshness. If your order arrives still frozen, you can store it in your freezer. If it arrives partially or fully thawed, it’s still safe to eat, just be sure to cook and consume it within 2 days, and do not refreeze.

Our sausages are made from prime cuts of our pasture raised pork, reared at My Little Farm. The casings are natural, filled with pork, herbs from our Forest Garden (mint, sage, thyme, winter savoury, fennel, rosemary, chives and marjoram), sea salt and organic pepper. Nothing else! 

Our sausages contain no preservatives, colouring or additives.
