Beltane at My Little Farm
Saturday 2nd May · 10am – 8pm My Little Farm, High View Farmstead, Streat, East Sussex
Beltane marks the threshold between spring and summer — a time of fire, fertility, and the earth's full awakening. It is the moment we plant what we hope will grow, and remember that community, like land, thrives when tended together.
At My Little Farm, this ancient turning of the wheel speaks directly to our own work: rebuilding connection to the soil, to each other, and to the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.
Join us for a day to welcome the growing season together.
What to expect
We'll light the Beltane fire and dance to live music. We'll weave headdresses and make masks by hand. We'll gather for a shared open-air lunch, plant with the MLF growers, learn a new smallholding skill, or breathe in a wellbeing workshop. As the sun lowers, we'll close with a fire ceremony under the evening sky.
Children are invited to dress up in their finest Green Man and Woman outfits. Grown ups too.
Bring: a blanket to sit on, a drum or instrument if you have one, and a heart ready for the growth and expansion of summer.
Camping
Campers are welcome to arrive any time from Friday 1st May and stay through the weekend.
Please leave your pitch clear by Sunday 3rd May, midday.
