We send our meat frozen to maintain peak freshness. If your order arrives still frozen, you can store it in your freezer. If it arrives partially or fully thawed, it’s still safe to eat, just be sure to cook and consume it within 2 days, and do not refreeze.

Our Topside Joint is a classic roasting cut, taken from the inner thigh of the hindquarter — prized for its leanness and delicate, tender texture. Sourced exclusively from pasture-raised, 100% grass-fed cattle reared on certified organic farms, this joint offers both superb flavour and ethical provenance.
Naturally lean yet succulent, the topside joint is perfect for traditional Sunday roasts. When cooked gently and rested well, it carves beautifully into slices that are tender and full of rich, clean beef flavour. Ideal for feeding a crowd, it also makes excellent cold cuts for sandwiches and salads the next day.
