Heritage Beef Liver

We send our meat frozen to maintain peak freshness. If your order arrives still frozen, you can store it in your freezer. If it arrives partially or fully thawed, it’s still safe to eat, just be sure to cook and consume it within 2 days, and do not refreeze.

Our Dexter beef liver is sourced from slow-matured, heritage cattle, raised entirely on a natural, grass-fed diet. Because cattle roam on pure, synthetic-chemical-free landscapes, the liver is as clean and nutrient-dense as nature intended.

Dexter liver offers a remarkably mild, creamy flavour. Its delicate texture is a testament to the animal’s slow growth and the pristine quality of the pastures.
